The following is the main screen that you will see when filling out UCLA’s Graduate Application. Each item must be checked in order to officially submit your application. The red bulleted () items below do not need to be filled out; please follow the instructions below for such items.

Note: When you arrive at the section, "Plans for Graduate Study," the major to select is "Engineering - M.S. in Engineering (Online)."

• Test Scores:  If you have scores at the time of the application, fill out this section.  Otherwise, select this section and then select “Continue”.
• Survey Information: Select this section and then select “Continue”
  
• Funding Information: Select this section and then select “Continue”
  
• Fellowship Application: Select this section and then select “Continue”
  
• Supplemental Application: This section must be filled out; the section is specific to the M.S. in Engineering program.
  
• Letter of Recommendation: Select this section and then select “Continue” (recommendations are taken care of in the Supplemental Application)
  
• Statement of Purpose: Select this section and then select “Continue” (the statement of purpose is taken care of in the Supplemental Application)
  
• Supplementary Information: Select and then select “Continue”Confidential Financial Statement: Select this section and then select “Continue”

Begin the UCLA Application Process - remember to select "Engineering - M.S. in Engineering (Online)" as major when you arrive at the section, "Plans for Graduate Study."
